Watercolour Workshops Studio Based 2009

The following watercolour workshops are based indoors, taught by Charles Evans and fully inclusive, paint and paper are provider as well as lunch, the only thing you need to bring is your brushes. They will all be based in Acklington either at the Village Hall (V) or in the Charles Evans Studio (S). The venues will be confirmed in the next couple of months. Price £75 per person per day

Outdoors On Location 2009

We also run workshops which are taught outdoors on location in some of the local beauty spots. The workshops will all be based in Acklington either at the Village Hall (V) or in the Charles Evans Studio (S) and we will travel out every day to a variety of painting locations.

Studio Oils & Acrylics 2009
The oils workshops will be based in Acklington either at the Village Hall (V) or in the Charles Evans Studio (S).

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £30 per person per day will be requested to reserve your place, with the balance being requested eight weeks before the start of the course. E.g If you book a 2 day course the total cost is £150 a deposit of £60 is required leaving £90 to be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of the course.

Beginners Watercolours The beginners watercolour course is not just designed for the complete beginner, but for those people with some experience who need a lift to get them going. Intermediary Watercolours This is one of the more advanced workshops available. You can use it to get answer to your common watercolour problems. Designed for those who have the ability to paint but have questions they need answered. Its also a very useful workshop to pick up new techniques. Autumn Landscape Watercolours This workshop does what it says on the tin, again based at the studio, you will learn how to create the perfect landscape. This workshop is aimed at intermediate painters. Outdoors weather permitting. Winter Wonderland For those who want to paint the perfect snow scenes. Learn how to shape snow with your brush strokes. Its so easy.	Watercolour Confidence Booster This workshop is designed for those who are unsure of how to start a scene and need a gentle push in the right direction or for anyone who has painted in the past but for one reason or another has downed their brushes. Its time to inject some enthusiasm and get them painting again. Watercolours Outdoors on Location The title says it all, get outdoors with all your kit to hand and learn to how transfer what you see with your eyes on to paper with the aid of 4 brushes and some watercolour paint. This workshop caters for all levels of competence. Outdoors weather permitting. Villages In Watercolours For those who wish to master perspective buildings and more complex paintings. This is one of the more advanced workshops available. Outdoors weather permitting. Boats & Harbours A workshop aimed specifically at those who have read the new book and are interested in mastering the techniques within the book. Outdoors weather permitting.	Watercolour Pencils Learn how to use watercolour pencils to capture scene and then convert it to a watercolour painting. Oils / Acrylics The oils & acrylics workshops are not aimed at any particular skill level. The teaching level will be aimed at beginners - intermediates so anyone can have a go. Northumbrian Castles This workshop will be part studio based and part outdoors weather permitting. Studio based castles may include Dunstanburgh, Lindisfarne & Bamburgh. The Outdoors castle will be Warkworth. Outdoors weather permitting. Landscapes In Watercolour / Acrylics Again another workshop that does what it says on the tin. Paint open landscapes quick and easy the Charles Evans style. This is one of the more advanced workshops available. Outdoors weather permitting.
