Open Day Sunday 17th August 2008
 

The Charles Evans Open Day is the 1 day of the year when we open our doors to the general public and offer free 45 minute taster workshops in watercolours, oils and acrylics.

This is our third annual open day and every year we see more and more people attending from all over the country. This year we are extending the capacity of the workshops with larger marquees to accommodate those who wish to paint. Those who don't paint, there are demonstrations on all day, the gallery is open for you to view and or purchase paintings and there is also the Charles Evans Shop which sells all the materials that Charles uses as well as all the teaching materials such as books and DVD`s.  Food and drink will, as usual, be manned by the catering team that we have in house.

How To Book

The demand for the open day workshops is always high, so we have a booking system in place to ensure we dont have a mad scramble for seats on the day.

To book your place call 01670 760 030, email sales@charlesevansart.com or write to 22-24 The Village, Acklington, Morpeth, Norhuberland, NE65 9BW and let us know which workshop your would like to book onto, please give us 3 choices just in case the first 2 have already been fully booked.
Parking
Parking is available at Acklington First School and I & M Pearson Agricultural Engineers. Alternatively you can also park along the full village main road.
