Bamburgh, Northumberland Holiday
The Bamburgh holiday is the most popular holiday, based on the beautiful Northumberland coast, with breathtaking views both along the coast and further inland.
 
The holiday is based at the Victoria Hotel, Bamburgh (proven over the years to be an obliging and efficiently run hotel).
 
The Victoria Hotel looks over the village green in the heart of historic Bamburgh. The Village is dominated by a magnificent castle (featured in many historical films) set amidst beaches, which stretch for miles. Holy Island and the Farnes can be viewed from its ramparts. The area is steeped in a rich history and fortunately much of the environment has been preserved. Bamburgh is considered by many to be the jewel in Northumberland’s rich crown. We will obviously be painting in Bamburgh itself but also travelling around on a daily basis to some fabulous locations in the vicinity.

 Turn off the A1 north of Alnwick onto the B1342 near Belford.
Follow signs to Bamburgh and the Victoria Hotel is situated opposite the Village Green.

Other Info All rooms are en-suite and have colour TV, radio, telephone as well as tea and coffee making facilities.
*Non painting partners are always welcome and a discount of £100 is offered.
Special diets can be arranged in advance if sufficient notice is given.
There is a single room supplement of £15 per night after the 5 single rooms available are booked. Numbers are limited to a maximum of 10 painters. A dedicated wet weather room is available throughout the week.
