There have
been some queries regarding the order process so we have
devised a Stage By Stage guide on completing your
order on the EShop. You MUST complete all steps to
ensure you order is processed successfully.
You must
have an account with us before you can complete the
following. If you have not already don't so please
create an account NOW.
Step 1
: Add Items
Add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping
cart. The items with be shown on the right hand side of
the screen with a running total at the bottom.
Step 2
: Goto Shopping Cart
When you have added everything you wish to purchase
click on the Shopping Cart text or logo. This will
display a list of all the items you are going to
purchase and a sub total.
Step
3 : Checkout
Click the Checkout Button.

Step 4 : Log On
Log On if your have not done so already by
entering your email address and password, then click
Sign In.
Step 5
: Delivery Information
You will then be informed of
your delivery charge, which is free for gift cards only
and £2.50 for all other orders. Click Continue

Step 6
: Payment Information
You can pay for your goods
in 3 ways.
1.
Cheque or Postal Order. - (Cheque or postal order
send in the post)
2. Paypal - (UK & World wide Debit & Credit Card
Payments as well as Paypal Payments)
In this
example we are going to pay via paypal using a debit
card or credit card.
Step 7
: Paying via Credit Card or Debit Card
Select Paypal and click continue.
Step 8
: Order Confirmation
This screen is a run down of all
your order items including postage costs and delivery
details. Click confirm order.

Step 9
: Paypal Logon or Credit Card Debit Card Payment
If you have a paypal account enter your email address
and password and click continue, if you do not have a
paypal account click the "click here" button, this will
direct you to a debit / credit card payment screen.
Step 10
: Continue Checkout
Fill in the credit card information screen,
ensuring to enter your details correctly. Then Click
Continue Checkout.
If
you fail to click "Continue Checkout" in Step 10 your payment will
not be made and your order will be put on hold until
your either delete the order or complete the payment
process. |
