For 2009 we have had a revamp on
the food served at workshops. Even I was becoming bored of it.
So Brett has taken over and we now have a variety of freshly
prepared piping hot food served every lunch time.
He used to be my business partner, but now he's my wife.

Some of our most popular workshops are
based outdoors in and around our local
area here in Northumberland.
The workshops are based in the Village
hall which we use just in case the
weather turns against us. With the weather
on our side, we will travel out each day
to paint locations such as Druridge Bay,
Warkworth Castle, The River Coquet and
various barns and little hideaways in
the immediate area.

Just thought we would show you
the process on the filming for
the downloads. Its not just a
case of Brett and I getting a
little video camera and nipping
to the studio to do a project.
It take loads of planning weeks
in advance and then Chris who
was the sound engineer for the
Tyne Tees TV series, comes in
and does all the filming and
sound. Then 4 or 5 days editing
before Brett does the techno
stuff to make it suitable for
the website and downloadable.
So really from first thoughts it
can take months to be actually
online. We made 3 over 2 days, 2
in watercolours and 1 in
acrylics. Keep your eyes peeled
because they will be online
soon.
