Order & Delivery Information
We have taken great care to set up this site on a secure server, so you can send us your payment details in complete confidence. If, however, you would prefer to order over the telephone or by e-mail, please call our office on 01670 760 030 or e-mail sales@charlesevansart.com with the details of the items you would like to order and your contact details.
Price & Description
The price payable for Goods that you order are as set out in our website. The prices payable for goods exclude delivery charges. Delivery charges are shown separately when ordering your goods. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable but exclusive of any import or export duty.
We have made all reasonable efforts to accurately display the sizes, colours, shapes and patterns of the goods for sale on our website. You acknowledge and accept however that sizes, colours, shapes and patterns shown on the website are approximate only. Colours in particular may differ due to your own computer visual settings and hardware.
Workshop Terms & Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of £30 per person per day will be requested to reserve your place, with the balance being requested eight weeks before the start of the course. E.g A 2 day course for 2 people, Total price £260, deposit required £120, balance due eight weeks before start of course £140.
Further information, details and a map will be sent to you at the same time that the final payment is requested.
If you wish to stay in the local area and need some advice on hotels or bed and breakfast establishments, please ask. Please note there is ample parking to the rear of my house.
Holidays : A non-refundable deposit of £100 per person per holiday will be requested to reserve your place, with the balance being requested ten weeks before the start of the holiday
Cancellation
In the event that any booking is cancelled any payments received by the company are non refundable and not transferable to any other workshop or holiday.
Charles Evans Art reserve the right to cancel a holiday or workshop. If for any reason a holiday or workshop is cancelled an alternative will be offered or a full refund will be made.
Loss or Damage of Personal Belongings
Charles Evans Art is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of personal belongings or property whatsoever.
